(TISR) According to the latest Taiwan Mood Barometer Survey (in Chinese), President Ma Ying-jeou's approval and disapproval ratings both increased over the first ten days of April. The president's approval rating rose 1.3 percentage points to 13.6 percent and his disapproval rating gained 1.1 percentage points bringing it to 76.5 percent.
